Buffy Lawson Is a celebrated songwriter whose songs have been recorded by Dolly Parton, Kenny Rogers, Willie Nelson, Kris Kristofferson, Randy Travis, Bo Bice, Lorrie Morgan and dueted with Neil Diamond on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno

A founding member of country duo Bomshel which charted 4 singles on the Billboard Hot Country Charts, Buffy has toured nationally as an opening act for Brad Paisley, Miranda Lambert, Montgomery Gentry, Luke Bryan and Joe Nichols. 

She has also been part of multiple international tours including a USO tour of Asia with Mark Chesnutt and a Stars and Stripes tour of Europe. Her performance of “The Power of One” was featured in the movie “Evan Almighty”, and Buffy continues to write a popular women's column called “In the Buf” for Tops in Lex, a Lexington-based print magazine.

Having recently signed to Wrinkled Records, Buffy’s first single “Leaving You for me” is quickly making headlines around the world, with articles by CMT, Mavrick Magazine {UK} and the New York Times
